    As a custom home builder, we've seen that projects can greatly vary. Here at Mountain Homes of WNC, we take the time to price individually based on our customer's needs.

  • What is the timeline for projects?

    According to B4UBuild, the average custom home takes between 18 and 24 months to complete. However, that doesn't account for every project. It's important that any custom home builder you work with treats each project individually. When planning out our projects, we like to set expectations. While doing so, there are many factors determine your project's timeline.

  • Do you complete all of the work?

    We use subcontractors, but we make sure that everyone is on task and on schedule. As a custom home builder, we make sure our team exceeds expectations.
